1. Shareholding Relationship
Xiamen Tsingshan Jiyuan Display Co., Ltd, Prosper Display (Xiamen) Co., Ltd and Zhangzhou Tsingshan Display&Fixture Manufacturing Co., Ltdare all wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tsingshan Alliance Group, under unified administration of the Group Headquarters.

• International Trade Segment
The two Xiamen-based foreign trade companies leverage the geographical advantages of Xiamen Port. They cover all front-end sales work including global market expansion, order acceptance, customs declaration & export, cross-border logistics and overseas customer service. The dual foreign-trade model expands global client resources and diversifies market risks.
• Intelligent Manufacturing Segment
The exclusive production factory located in Zhangzhou serves as the Group’s supporting manufacturing base. It takes full charge of manufacturing all display&fixture orders from the two foreign trade subsidiaries, covering raw material procurement, production processing, quality inspection, warehousing and delivery. The factory guarantees on-time delivery and consistent product quality, forming a closed-loop integrated operation combining production and sales within the Group.
